Borovets Prostitutes

We have heard many horror stories about the Borovets prostitutes and the fact that they openly tout for business on the streets. The rumours of prostitutes lining the streets and hotel lobbies are simply untrue, they are available but are not there unless you go looking for them in the erotic or go- go bars.

Personally, I haven't seen a "working girl" or prostitute out in the streets in Borovets in all my time there. I believe (although no-one has even confirmed or denied this) that the police have an understanding with the erotic bars that whatever happens within, stays within - so long as that activity doesn't stray onto the streets. It seems to be working perfectly.

If you are thinking of visiting Borovets & the idea of prostitutes in Borovets has put you off, don't worry about it. I promise you won't find one unless you are looking for one (and I'm not going to help with that ;)). If you do see a prostitute in the street, please enlighten me!

I agree. I went to Borovets last year and am going twice this year. We were a family of 6 and saw nothing.

the prostitutes are every ware. they can be found in the samakov night club. go go bars. also rob the manc who works in the ski shop in tha samakov can sort you out .. also the guy who runs the ski shop called blizzard on the main street has a few girls working for him ...

let me reasure you working girls are plentyfull in the samakov hotel. just sit down stairs in the night club . you will see. not a place to take children to be honest. i for one was disgusted so blatent in your face. I WONT BE GOING TO BOROVETS AGAIN.

to be honest we were looking for them and only ever found any in the strip clubs (which is a pretty obvious place to look really) and in response to the samakov part of your little tail my friend....what the fuck were you doing taking your kids into a night club anyway? you may have urges mate but you should be sitting in a hotel room with your kids or a restraunt doing family things, if you're on a family holiday don't go to night clubs, simple as. i'm a dad and i would take my 4 year old there in a second! shut the fuck up your boring old prude and go find something else to moan about!

I've got to say, we went to Borovets 4 years ago and were frequently handed flyers for brothels. One of the guys was annoyed coz he was with his family at the time and another was shocked to be handed a flyer by a young girl of about 10 years old.

If you're easily offended then maybe it's not for you but there was no pressure at any time and it's not put us off going again this year.
