well we left sat it ruined our holiday when we got there on the 9th of this month there was no snow did snow on tue but only a few lifts were open and the queues were bad stayed in the igllika villias well they were discusting the bathroom smelt so bad then theres the hassle from the workers to get you in the bars not ever go there again went to finland last year alot better

I think your comment is incorrect. We also arrived at the Iglika on 9th Jan. How strange you should say there was no snow. There were 5 in our group & all of us skied from the first to the last day. One in our group was in advanced lessons & took the free mini bus to the red runs for the first 3 days then used the gondala onced it opened. The others are intermediate & had lessons on the lower slopes initially then moved on to the higher slopes later in the week. Before people travel to a ski resort they often check for snow conditions & it is disappointing when others are not honest. Maybe you are at a high advanced level & needed more challenging runs, then perhaps Bulgaria is not for you

How can you compare Bulgaria Ski to Finland? Thats like comparing Butlins with Disney World. Fair enough cant comment on your accomodation, but if you dont question why Bulgaria is much cheaper than the rest of europe...

The temperatures are dropping and we've had a small amount of snow so we're all hopeful for much more snow. Fingers crossed, you should be fine.

Bulgarian TV has reported big dumps of snow over the east of the country with some areas around the Black sea coast having 40cm dump overnight hopefully its coming our way.

We've been here since sat 16, resort Is a little quite although the snow has got better and better! Today the slopes by rila were good! We are staying at the lion and are pleased a little out the way but still more cosy then the other bigger hotels here. The whole holiday up to now had been very good and the hotel lion is alot better then all reports have said.
