Hi, I was hoping to plan a trip late March. Can anyone tell me what the snow is like then?

It snowed Friday through Saturday when we left about 100-150 mm.

At the bottom of the Black slope next to the Rilla try a Bistro called "Malina" newly decorated/renovated, good food, dark and light beers the owner does not have touts outside and speaks good English. We a family of 7 between the ages of 66 & 5 years really enjoyed it for just drinks or lunch. He also has sleds for the kids and as a customer he let us have the use of them free.

hi just got back from borro today 15th March the whether was good all last week plenty of snow was getting a litle warmer but at top was good snow the best place to eat and drink is White Magic opposite the Samakov hotel see christio or alais Mario you wont be disappointed

Well I just bought all my ski clobber... heading to B on the 19th Dec, BUT, where is the snow? The weather just doesn't seem right for skiing? This is looking similar to the situation in Dec 2009? So... as it's really hard to figure out from here in the UK - my question is - what's the snow like on the lower slopes?

We have been to Bansko and thought we would try somewhere different this year. We are getting worried by the lack snow and some of the negative reviews on this resort compared with Bansko, thinking we may have picked the wrong resort. Has anybody been there before in early Jan and was there enough snow or do the snow canons still allow skiiing even when lack of snow on the ground. Also I am a beginner skier and my partner a intermediate snow boarder and we would like to know does Borovets have runs that let you ski down into resort without the need of llifts. (as you can in Bansko.)

Does anyone know if they have put in any new lifts slopes or a park this year???
