Salamander Pub Borovets, Bulgaria Review & Information

Suprisingly Good, We only went in as we felt sorry for the man outside who was not as pushy as the rest of them it is not very well placed to look out on views / skiers etc, but warm freindly and very welcoming. The Food was excellent and they did some very good english dishes, this was the kids fave place to eat. Service excellent and prices very resonable. Looking forward to our next visit.

My wife and two sons 16 & 20 and I visited The Salamander as I could not face the food in our Hotel and were very glad we did although the food in most other restaurants was good The Salamander had good food, a homely feel, the Husband and Wife owners always made you feel part of the family of this family run restaurant. My wife was given several Bulgarian dishes to try. Needless to say we made this our main eating hole.Prices for the quality of food was amazing four main courses four desserts four wines three hot choc's and eight drinks for 110 Levs (£50).
We have as a family eaten in many restaurants abroad and the Salamander would have to rate one of the best .
